At Chase Gallery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of product delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, accessories, and manuals are intact
- The product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
Note: Products not eligible for return include personal care items, opened electronics, clearance items, or anything labeled “non-returnable” on the product page.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@chasegallery.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to approve the return and share further instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the method provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer a store credit or bank transfer refund
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please email us immediately with:
- A clear photo of the item(s)
- The original invoice or order number
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
- Opened electronics and accessories (unless defective on arrival)
- Hygiene and personal care items (e.g., earbuds, razors, grooming kits)
